Welcome to Quizza!

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Quizza mobile application (the "App") provided by Elektran Technologies Ltd, including all features, services, and content made available through the App. By downloading, installing, or using Quizza, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use Quizza, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legal agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the App unless you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

To fully enjoy the features of Quizza, you may be required to create an account. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for any activities conducted under your account.

3. Game Features

Quizza offers a range of features, including:

• - Trivia Questions: Participate in trivia challenges across a variety of sports (football, basketball, tennis, athletics, etc.).
• - Leaderboards: Compete against other users and strive to achieve high rankings.
• - Cash Prizes: Earn cash rewards based on your performance in the trivia game.

The content and structure of Quizza may be modified or updated at the sole discretion of Elektran Technologies Ltd without prior notice.

4. Game Rules

You agree to:

• - Answer trivia questions honestly and to the best of your ability.
• - Play the game in a fair and sportsmanlike manner.
• - Not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to cheating, manipulation of results, or unauthorized use of another player’s account.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in your account being suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of Elektran Technologies Ltd.

5. Rewards and Cash Prizes

Quizza may offer cash prizes, promotional rewards, or other incentives for top performers. The method of claiming rewards and any eligibility requirements for receiving such prizes will be outlined within the App. Please be aware that:

• - Cash prizes may be subject to tax laws in your jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to report and comply with any applicable tax obligations.
• - All prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to change at any time without notice.

6. In-App Purchases

Quizza at the moment do not offer in-app purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Quizza, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and game mechanics, is owned by Elektran Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without prior written consent from Elektran Technologies Ltd.

8. Privacy

Your use of Quizza is also governed by our Privacy Policy and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Quizza, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elektran Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Quizza, including but not limited to any loss of data, rewards, or any other damages resulting from the gameplay experience.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, or your use of Quizza, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any claim must be brought within a reasonable time after the cause of action arises.

11. Termination

Elektran Technologies Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Quizza at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any outstanding obligations, including but not limited to prize claims, may be nullified.

12. Changes to These Terms

Elektran Technologies Ltd may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will be posted within the App and will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
